Just press play on your big day

January 23, 2013 // Uncategorized

Wedding industry research has shown that couples are often more inclined to cut their wedding entertainment budgets. However, the same research shows that guests are far more likely to remember good wedding music and entertainment than any other element.

That’s why it’s so important to get it right – you want things to be perfect, and you want your guests to remember having the time of their lives at your wedding.  The music and atmosphere are fundamental to that!

My Party Mix was born out of a desire to create better value than the typical over-priced, under-talented, cheesy mobile wedding DJ.  See our work in action:

If you’re anything like we were, you probably have a decent idea of what sort of wedding music you want (and don’t want!) and you may even already have a wedding playlist in place.  You may have begun your research into hiring a wedding DJ, but are worried about risking one of the most important parts of the day on an unknown quantity.  So, what if there was an alternative!

My Party Mix came into being when planning our own wedding entertainment.  We thought, why do we even need a DJ?  We have the tunes, we have the venue, we have amazing guests.  We just need our music to be intelligently programmed and mixed together, then we simply press play on the day!

At My Party Mix, we have a network of talented music programmers, DJs and sound engineers who are experts at constructing the ultimate party mix.  Our unique service puts you in control of the playlist and takes the stress out of organising the music for your big day.  All for a fraction of the cost of the typical mobile wedding DJ.
